My goal is to build a trusting and collaborative relationship with my clients. I am trained in a number of different psychotherapy approaches, and employ evidence-based approaches including client-centered, cognitive-behavioral, acceptance and commitment therapy, compassion-focused, psychodynamic, interpersonal and principles of mindfulness to help you make the changes that are important to you.
