Fees

My fees are within the recommended guidelines set for registered psychologists by College of Psychologists of Ontario.  The fee is due at each session and payable by cash, cheque or email transfer. Psychological services are not covered by OHIP. Depending on your financial circumstances and my current availability of reduced scale spots, a lower fee within limits can sometimes be negotiated.

Extended Health Benefits

Fees for services provided by a registered psychologist are covered by most extended health plans. Please check with your insurance provider to determine the extent of your coverage. Once you have paid for psychological services, I will provide you with an invoice that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. The portion of the fee that is not reimbursed by your insurance provider may be claimed on your income tax as a medical health expense. If you do not have an extended health plan, you may be able to claim our sessions as a medical expense deduction on your income tax return.

Cancellation Policy

You are asked to provide at least 48 hours notice if you are unable to attend a scheduled session. If you miss your scheduled appointment, and provide less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged the full session fee.
